Welcome to Hostel Booking Management System
Inportant Notice:

This is to inform all students, both new and existing, that the Kebbi State College of Health Sciences and Technology, Jega, has upgraded the hostel allocation system to an online base. All students are now required to book their hostel before moving in.

How to book your hostel

1. Students are required to visit our website www.chstjega.edu.ng

2. Navigate to Booking Your Hostel to create an account.

3. Log into your newly created account and fill out the booking application form.

4. Print the booking reference form, and proceed to Union Banks nationwide and make payment of ₦ 10,000 naira as hostel fee.

5. Submit your payment receipt to the bursary for confirmation.

6. Take the original confirmation receipt issued from the bursary to the ICT Center for collection of your original hostel allocation letter.

7. Submit your original hostel allocation letter to the student affairs division for your room.

Note: This is to inform you that the student should use the full admission number, not the last three digits. example: CHSTJ/HIM/22/001. Those who already use the last three digits should go to the ICT Center for updating.
