The Bursary Department is the administrative arm of the College concerned with financial and accounting functions. It is headed by a Bursar who is the Chief Financial Officer of the College. His main duties include advising the Provost on the day-to-day administration and control of the College’s funds, formulating financial policies, preparing budget and budgetary controls to safeguard the financial resources of the College.

The Department has Seven (7) units under it which are being headed by the most senior staff of the unit. The Department had staff strength of 20., out of which, six are Deputy Bursars.
